Weekly Wednesday Carve and Visit Meeting

Every Wednesday from 9:00 am to noon we meet at Hancock Recreation Center to sit around, visit, and carve. It's ok to come late or leave early. Members give and receive feedback on their projects, use the club's sharpening and honing system, and enjoy each others company. This is a friendly place to learn the hobby from experienced woodcarvers. Usually we go to lunch together afterwards.

Monthly Business Meeting

The second Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm we have our monthly business meeting at Hancock Recreation Center. In addition to new and old business, we have a free raffle for tools, blanks, or books, and most important of all, show and tell, where members display and discuss their latest projects. We have a "blank of the month" contributed by a different member each meeting, a prepared piece of wood ready to carve, for anyone who wants to work on that project. We often carve on the blank of the month after the business meeting.

Meeting Location
